Ma Ngobo's Place at Scenery Park

Photobucket

ma ngobo lives in the far stretches
of scenery park
a tiny house amidst shacks and shanties
seems to challenge still
an unburnt sky
lush greenery in abundance
has taken over the tiredness
of old thoughts
flaming tyres around necks
and a flaming jungle
are as remote
as long lost anc promises
i often drink here to
the laughter of myths
a rebellion of conscience
seems so far.

  5. Amitabh Mitra, you rock. This is by far the clearest painting of yours.Somehow I love to analyse the reasons!!This one is in fact as clear as your pen and ink art.And your poems too.I love the sanctuary that ma ngobo offers where the rebellion of conscience can be abated for a while.Wah ustad, wah!(the anc needs to be edited)
